Good morning all, (just missed it.) Today I was meant to be heading off to work, until the 6th of January, but my Covid test prior to checking in came back positive! Just booked and had the NHS one, so will see what that says. Feel absolutely fine with no symptoms. So looks like Christmas at home for me

Well that was a long day on the road. The Jaaaaag didn't miss a beat, and hit over 40mpg in some truly awful weather. With some truly awful drivers. All the mercy missions completed (until the next panicked cry!)
Mrs C slowly improving but significant food plan changing. I shall crack a bottle of red later, I suspect, then one last local shopping mission in the morning. for my Christmas lunch and a gift voucher, and that's IT

Good morning everyone, last day of the year for me for 2020.
I'm back to work on the 11th January when I take up my new role, a lot less stress and accountability, less attendances, possibly more in my back pocket.

Just collected my rib of beef. 2 kg larger than intended and 1 less person expected for lunch....
Miss Dr Eb working the 4pm to midnight shift in A&E this week so luckily she'll start work tomorrow in a full tum.

I did this a couple of years back. I asked for a fore rib of beef and the butcher heard four rib of beef.....
