Happy birthday, Phil.

Nicos, sorry to see those terrible scenes. Horrible situation in many places right now.

Today, work stuff as usual. Made some spare time yesterday to do some outside stuff, including a bit of tarmacing. It's pretty rough, but good enough. In keeping with its surroundings, I would say.

Thanks, Adam, indeed the world is changing. It was just a completely nature scene, which i was driving by almost every day, that now is burnt.

Good Morning all and Thursday already.
Found a nice Twinair 105 in Brussels for Ms French and planning my roadtrip to get it back to the Mayenne.
Stay Safe all.

Hello everyone!

Phil, I missed your birthday, so HapPea birthday from me, and that means you'll have to extend it into today.

Plumber arriving imminently to change a bunch of my radiators so the house warms up more quickly in winter.

Right, that fresh bread won't eat itself.
HapPea Thursday!

Morning all, more of the same but wet

Missed that...humidity below 20% here.

Good morning everyone. Still hot here, maybe not as hot as in the past days, but 40+ for sure. Fire in Athens is over, but there are a lot of them around. More than 30000000 sqm burnt in the last days.
Have a good one, and enjoy your rain and 15 degrees. I would pay a fortune for these conditions at the moment :)

Good morning everyone, belated Birthday Wishes to Phil. Definitely going to throw cable around today for the new kitchen ring. Previous owner was an 'enthusiastic amateur' at wiring. Clearly he knew how electrics work but nothing about the regs.

Morning all, had to travel down to the English Riviera (Torquay) for work yesterday the weather was glorious 22 degrees full sun, so evening meal outside amongst the holiday makers.
This morning I wake to the sound of the sea, a nice relaxing start and my first meeting at breakfast over looking the sea was equally pleasant.
Driving home via Exeter and Burnham on Sea, I wish all days could be like this.
Keep safe

Morning all waiting with baited breath for the Ms’s test results. Supposed to be on holiday next week. The one that Boris cancelled in March. Bloody disease ridden Kent relatives!

Neighbours septic tank is giving off a real putrid smell today, so windows and doors closed whilst WFH... trouble is with puppy being a few days off from being fully house trained I run the risk of the same smell indoors if I fail to notice her needs in time... may have to dash from the odd TEAMS.
