I remember being dumbfounded watching Mrs C's echocardiogram. Quite extraordinary

Honestly, it was a fascinating experience. I wanted to take some pictures of it but apparently it's not allowed. I'll have a word with the master technician tomorrow and see if he's more willing to share some of my saucy snaps with me.

I had a video X-ray swallow test recently, as I had some nerve damage in my neck after an illness. I got to watch it live as they asked me to swallow different foods which was bizarre.

The clinic gave me a DVD of the video afterwards so you might be lucky. I had to ask and it took them a while to burn the DVD but they posted it a couple of days later. Hope you are OK.

I've got the video of my colonoscopy somewhere. I'll bring it to the pub next week...

That must have been bizarre to watch. Good viewing for when you have friends around. "Have you seen the insides of me eating a fish..?"

I've started to realise that if we were able to access and update our bodies with the 'ease' we set about improving our cars then we'd be even busier. Mind you, I've heard @conaero's Strad and if he did similar things to his own body then I think it's fair to say that he'd be a liability in polite company.

Anyway, yes, thanks, will ask them. Health-wise should be ok. thank you. Might need some fettling but should be fine.

In other news, I noticed today that my Vantage has passed its MoT. Which is nice. It was actually due in December but it's been SORN'd since sometime in November and in for some TLC and an automotive spa treatment, so there didn't seem any sense in getting it done on time. Next stop, find and fix the ******* rattle somewhere near the de-ice vents, Gtechniq and then off for some manifold feckery. Man-maths Calc (with Enhanced BS upgrade) says the saved fuel and road tax will easily offset the exhaust project.

Good morning all, starting to get rather windy here. Both Severn Bridges closed so working from home. Red warning for some of our deliver areas so will be an interesting day. Stay safe…

Morning all, completed all the Barnet jobs yesterday but back to Uxbridge for a single inspection early then back to Shadwell for another. Later I’m going to try and do some fencing repairs locally, not generated by wind!

Have fun all…

Morning, all. A morning mostly of meetings, later the ticker tune-up guy, then home for more meetings. And then, mercy, the weekend.

Have a good Friday, all. Those travelling, be safe. Those fencing, I hope those panels are small. Don't get carried aloft (@2b1ask1 I'm looking at you!).

Morning all, back to the desk after a few days out. Lisbon was at least dry if not exactly hot. Finally convinced all at the Board meeting yesterday they should really be announcing my departure, as only 6 weeks to go! Some folk dont like facing reality do the?. Stay safe out there.
