Morning all, a jaunt to Abingdon and back via Notting Hill, back to St James’s later for a meeting and dinner.

My top tip. Get there half an hour earlier if it is a morning appointment. There’s always the equivalent of a rush hour at hospitals. Then have a coffee at Costa. Unless you are a raging bean snob :D
I did that yesterday and had tea and a Bakewell tart :D

Morning, all. No night meeting today; hooray.
Oh, bravo! Good job, and long overdue.

Just back in London and on the lovely whizzy train from the London airfield back into town. My calendar tells me it's tomorrow but I think the local time is still yesterday. Or today. Anyway, decent gin and wine on the flight from Stockholm, marred only by the grizzly reality of a feck-ton of calls starting at FFS o'clock tomorrow.

Does anyone know of a job that pays well to just muck about, drink a bit, take wokeness totally not seriously and generally be not too much under pressure in any way? I'm exceptionally well qualified and could easily recruit a number of like-minded individuals.

PS - something chilled enough that this nonsense would just bugger off. The consultant is sharpening his scalpel again as we speak.

Morning all, after an argument with the PM earlier in the week this morning I have to take on the Architect as they have just doubled the license costs for a project that the PM was already massively over budget on.

But on the positive side F1 is back, I finish at 1:00 today and have a wine tasting session this evening at my local wine supplier

...gooood morning and happy Friday and no evening meeting (again)...but one tomorrow from nine to noon, and another on Sunday at 14:00. At least the torrential rains stopped around dawn. Hope all are enjoying the backside of the workday...
