The battery has been on CTEK, driven it up and down my drive a few times to let it warm up properly and get the tyres moving but other than that, nothing, Fingers crossed it will be OK. Definitely the longest time I've had it in 14 years where it's not been driven.Any precautions to take before moving it?
I have rolled it a bit whilst in garage so brakes are not binding will there be flat spots on tyres after 4 months or so?
Battery has been disconnected and is still good
Speak up................
Doesn't anyone else's car have mph and kph marks on the speedo? Mine does, perhaps cos it was supplied to Ireland (via UK) where they have kms on signage.
I have to remember to set it to metric from imperial to get kph on the dash display.Mine was an Southern Irish car too but I think purchased originally from Scotland, and then brought north of the border by the dealer I bought it from. Not having KMH is a PITA on European jaunts as I have to remember to set the TomTom to be KMH and never do until it's too late and we're rattling along at unknown kmh vs kmh speed limit.

I've racked up another 10K in my QPV and the value now no doubt is less than worthless!

However my pride and joy now has a fresh lease of life thanks to SportsItalia who's attention to detail and expertise cannot be faulted. Bravo!
Looking forward to the next 10K and beyond and all the SM adventures to come.
And hopefully it won't be as demanding on the wallet as this last 10K has been! Not that I begrudge a penny.
The enjoyment it brings is priceless.

Taking photos while driving along, Eb????? There will be none of THAT sort of thing if we ever get to France!
...Taken by Mrs Eb from the passenger seat with arm oustretched while both my hands were on the wheel....
Yes, I’ve always been surprised that a U.K. spec only has MPH marked. Makes driving to speed limits on the continent a bit risky. All my other cars have KMH on the speedo to plus in some of them a digital readout that can be switched between MPH and KMH.Doesn't anyone else's car have mph and kph marks on the speedo? Last time I was over the water I had completely forgot how to change the digital readout and it took the passenger and manual to sort it. I'm a bloke. Cannot drive, breath and do calculations at the same time!Yes, I’ve always been surprised that a U.K. spec only has MPH marked. Makes driving to speed limits on the continent a bit risky. Just waiting for Bob-a-Job week......
Does the QP have this ? never actually noticed. For certain the Levante has numbers, which make it easier to stick to 30 past the camera in westoning. No chance of missing it of course due to ding-dong chimes 3 miles in advance (interrupting my tunes)Frank, my GT-S is a German import and only has Km on the speedo. However, the digital speed readout on the screen between RPM and Speedo can be switched between Miles/Km. I would have thought UK cars can therefore be switched the same way to Km when travelling abroad?
Needs Head and Shoulders! And you're right it needs a clean!

Yes. Switch on speed repetition and then switch from miles (US) in the NIT setting. Cannot remember if it is vehicle or system (I have shlt Bose btw)Does the QP have this ? never actually noticed.
