It's a Bridgestone that was developed with Don Law. They were the original supplier to Jaguar but no longer produce the old pattern. These new ones have been developed specifically for the XJ220 but they will kindly sell me a pair for my car.
Pirelli also make a P Zero in this size, again specifically for the 220 but they will also sell them to me but only through the Jaguar classic department, this time only as a set of 4 for £4,950 + VAT.
The fronts aren't an issue for me as the sizes are readily available but the rears are not an in vogue size being that they are 18" diametre by a colossal 13" wide. I currently have an excellent pair of Michelin for the rear but this size is no longer made by them so when these go, I have very little choice. Mickey Thompson tyres seem to be the only ones that fit unless I can get a special discount with Pirelli or Bridgestone somehow!
