Saw an NSX crash on the Stroke Association track day at Castle Combe that a few off were there last year.
Not wanting to cause controversy but are they as good as people reckon for the money?

Phil, put it this way, you never hear a bad word about them from owners and in magazines, i would really like one, a facelift NA2 in Imola Orange, absolutly gorgeous and as Phil H said, Ayrton Senna helped set this car up, if it is good enough for him, it is good enough for me.

Just had a quick look on the NSX club forum, parts for these beauties are not cheap, there isa thread on this car, according to some of the members off there, it could cost 30k to put right. The reason why this car makes me sad is that i atually saw this car at oulton park when the BTCC round was held there, i must about have spent about 15 mins looking at it, oh god i want one, would i have one over a GS??? Possibly. That is how much i love them.

Was it a Blue one Phil?? Was looking on the NSX forum earlier, there was a blue one on there that had had a meeting with the pit wall.

Phil, I've driven one and yes they are a great car....and very usuable which is what made then different to most at the time.........The interior was dull though...Remember at the time it was the 348 it had to beat and although I'm a fan of the 348 it wasn't that good.

It was the blue one guys and it was a shame as it was a realy tidy car and the owner was a realy nice chap and lucky for him he had track day insurance.

see Andy most that have driven the 348 say it was way under developed, only the 348 GTC was classed as a good 348. What NSX did you drive??? pre face lift???

I really liked them when they came out but as with most cars from Japan never really age well.

It is a car you either get or dont, a lot dont like the face lift car, i personally think it looks the best but many prefer the pop up head lamps.
