That’s a lovely set up you have there. Nice cars too.
My set up is not so good currently and needs some work!

I had a 2007 DB9 ... dream car ... had always wanted one and managed to eventually get for my 40th ....

I had it for 4 years and did 30k + miles on it as used it as my daily during the week and was travelling from Bristol to Manchester a number of times per week during that period.

I loved it but my children are older 12 & 15 now and couldn’t get in the back any longer so the GT far more reasonable from that angle,

In addition I drive to and from my flat in London every week (well pre lockdown I did) ... and I have to say the GT is a far more relaxed, comfy ride ..... maybe I am just getting old .... :) ... but the DB9 felt like the GT when in Sport mode if that makes sense?

The Aston was a stunning car though and will forever have a special place in my heart that’s for sure !

Luckily a friend of mine purchased it off me ... so I still see it regularly.

Thanks. For getting kids in the back, the GranTurismo is a lot easier. Mine are now at Uni (normally) so I can go back to having a coat shelf in the back. I would want a DB9 with the switchable suspension which is something like 2009MY on as an option and 2010MY on as standard. Having had the GranTurismo for so long I really appreciate the two cars in one that the Sport button, or not, allows so would want to replicate that. The final facelift DB9s from 2013MY seem really good but prices are still strong.

Yes I am really pleased with it ... I had it built just pre last lockdown, opening is 16ft so it’s fine and it’s 36 ft long so plenty of room to manoeuvre.

I have been very fortunate to also build a double car-port at the front of the property which is clearly much easier access, so tend to rotate with my SL55, Classic Range Rover, BMW 840ci depending on which is in favour :)

Very fortunate in many ways ....
