You need to separate the wheel size from the rolling circumference. Depending on your tyre dimensions the winter tyres may well have a smaller rolling circumference which would reduce the overall gearing, making the speedo read higher and allowing a higher engine speed for a given road speed. It would feel faster.
Putting a 335 tyre on the car will have exactly the opposite effect.
I was playing around the tire sizes and this is what I got to make the bigger tires to work. The comparison I did was with a 315 at the rear & 245 ,285 at front tires.
