I took delivery of a 2009 Gran Turismo 4.2 with 15,000 miles on the clock, just before Christmas, which has so far been lovely.
The one thing that I have noticed though is when cold, and I try to let the car idle for a few minutes before pulling away, the automatic gearbox is very jerky when changing from 1st to 2nd (I think, or maybe 2nd to 3rd) even at low revs and when being driven carefully, as I am assuming that one should before the temperature needle gets anywhere near normal.
Is this normal behaviour as some of the changes are almost violent and cause ones head to be bashed against the head restraint! :-0
I haven't noticed this behaviour when the engine reaches normal operating temperature.
Thanks for any advice......
