It’s really about the biggest insurance scam in history, conducted by the insurance companies. They write off your car, and sell it on to Copart with no cat marker. Copart buyer rocks up with cash and no ID, steals a similar car and swaps the bits over. It’s lose, lose, lose for the consumer.I have no problem with the above , except for the fact it should have been advertised as Cat free or its recorded category, its all about being honest and upfront or unscrupulous in the hope the buyer is so smitten he or she doesnt ask the obvious questions .......................its really all about doing due diligence when buying
Is this the same car with a new plate?
No it’s not, I’ve been offered that car a few times. Is this the same car with a new plate?
Can’t bear scammers. It says it has a FMSH, which it doesn’t. The reason I declined to buy the car was the history and condition. This makes out it has a proper history which it does not; ergo the condition isn’t as it should be.Is this the same car with a new plate?
