Web page translation

I was on another web page in Portuguese and automatically an option popped up at the top of the page offering to translate the complete page into English...does anyone know how to avail of this option with out cutting and pasting etc?

Alternative translation of; Quel le fock.

Can you point us to the website. It will be either done by physically having the pages on separate laguages or it will be done by a translation tool.

If the translation is near perfect the it will be the first method, or if its like pigeon English then it will have been done with the translation tool.

Now can't find original page as it linked through another site.....the translator thingie never happened before......will find it sometime
