I am living the dream yes, i am very lucky but that is down to hard work by securing a great work experience placement and meeting the right people at the right time. Birthday celebrations were good thanks.

Well, I've got to say it was a great day for me too....firstly, it was fantastic meeting you Chris and that white GT-S with the carbon MC bits is superb! And as Adam said, thanks for the heavy dose of throttle as you pulled away as I never get to hear my own car from that angle!

Adam - you're a stonkingly nice guy (and your friend John too...I did remember his name right didn't I?) - it was great to meet you and my pleasure having you round. I'm really glad you enjoyed yourself - let's see what fun we can take part in over the summer :thumb3:

Oh, after you left I then spent the afternoon removing the wheels from my girlfriends Mini and polishing the back of the wheel and the brake calipers....I've only just got back in. I think I need help! :ohh:

Yeah...they're ten a penny round here. As we were outside my house Adam saw one drive past the end of my road...I mean, WTF???

As I've said before, I buy one of the most exclusive brands in existence and then find Loogabaruga has then in abundance. Should have bought a Ford Focus if I wanted some exclusivity :mock8:

EDIT - it appears a whole conversation just happened about this whilst I was typing it :ohh:

I bet you though the JCW was going to be exclusive Andy as they are know where near as popular as the regular Cooper S and the guy across the road has a JCW as well :D

Lol...well, we know the neighbours had one before we got it (that was a sore point for me....they got theirs just after I made Vicki sell her first Cooper S last year for the Citroen DS3 - she never forgave me for that then the neighbours got one...ooops!). Anyway, I just made sure our JCW was better ;)

House prices will go up there....

They need to - I need equity so I can remortgage the house for when I need new brakes (or another set of wipers )

Cheers - yes, it's quite a sharp colour.

The bird cr@p has gone and I decided to do the wheels on the Mini instead of my car (saved that for tomorrow). All wheels takenl off, cleaned and then polished with Swissvax Autobahn which is a PTFE wheel polish meaning nothing sticks to them. I did the calipers too so any brake dust will simply fall off when jetwashed. Took me 4 hours - the last two wheels I had to do with a torch.
