What is this gasket leak?

Hi,
Alternator off being replaced and I've noticed this small oil leak under the inlet manifold.

Got a small weep under this , any ideas what is purpose is?




Does this look like the correct gasket ?




Would there be any issues in removing the x4 bolts and swapping the gasket out, Im not going to mess anything up relating to the large Hex 'Hydraulic Tightner' am I ?

It’s the timing chain tensioner. Someone who has done it will confirm but it’s probably a simple removal and refit.

Yep hydraulic tensioner they fail frequently.

Unscrew (27mm) and replace…obvs with engine not running and don’t turn it over
