Well it was deemed that this weekend would see the end of dry January and time to roll off the waggon.

Friday, I just didn’t fancy it

Last night I tried harder. 1st I went for a Corona to give a compareison against the Hein 0.0 I have a taste for. The Corona tasted metallic, it was quite a shock and chucked it and moved on to the Rioja. That hit the spot!

Had about half a bottle...or 1.5 glasses in Conaero measures.

I must confess I got quite a bit of head spin off that. Another couple and I would have run screaming to the kebab shop so called it a day

Yep - got a magnum of Champers lined up also. It’s the Gosset, in that light gold coloured box next to the Batailley.
I should add that it’s my Birthday lunch. I don’t bring out the good stuff every single Sunday. More’s the pity.

Actually I don’t C. But I am Danish so appreciate danish craftsmanship, especially as I live abroad. No real cars produced in DK so I make do with Lego, B&O, Danish furniture & design and of course, Danish bacon
