Will the MC12 have a successor?

With an Enzo replacement imminent and official teaser pics doing the rounds are we to expect a MC12 replacement in a year or so's time? The MC12 was aimed at the GT1 racing series which it dominated for around 5 years, I wonder/hope that a successor will be produced to return to that series?

Can not see it myself......Maserati made the MC at a time when they needed to bolster their imagine and a return to racing was needed......They know have the GT which has really caught the imagination of punters who have never really given Maserati a 2nd look......They now race the GT in a number of series so would say there is no need for that halo car.......but never say never...
