Yikes ... my first issues with the granturismo

Hi Guys hope you can point me in the right direction.
I bought a 2010 granturismo sport s from Richard Grace in 2017, unfortunately its just popped up with some issues recently.
Whenever I place the auto gear box into reverse a yellow sign pops up on the dash and the parking sensors don't beep or show any warnings on the dash.
And today the air con hvac turns on as you can see in the picture but no air is coming from the vents. The air con was working fine about 3 weeks ago, a bit smelly but cold as the car doesn't do much mileage, and sits mostly in a dehumidified garage on a ctek charger.
The car was serviced 18mths ago by sports maserati and was running fine ... need the air con for this weekend hopefully ... I am hoping maybe it needs a new battery as I have not changed this one ..... ....
Any advice would be much appreciated

Parking sensors fail, unfortunately. You can use a scanner to detect which one, or if you're lucky you can select reverse and then go round and feel with finger which one's not working. There are much cheaper alternative parts. You *might* get lucky spraying some WD40, but that normally is only temporary and works when they have moisture ingress.

The quick fix for the AC is get it to F1 and see if needs gassing up. Once the pressure drops below a certain level the compressor won't kick on. *Might* be a fuse, but that's where I'd start.

F1 Auto centres. Like Kwikfit. Although I prefer them. Well I say them, I prefer ours (in Harlow) who basically provide excellent service for the basics.

Good catch. Yes, if it's not blowing *anything* then it's possibly the fan connector (although that was more of an issue on the 4200)

@Zep has the DiSaronno not arrived yet? ;)

Yes taken it off auto and you can see the bars indicating fan speed going up or down...but no air comes out the vents can't hear any fans at all.......also when you press the ac button it refuses to turn on ...

You need to get it to your indy specialist.
You can mess about with this or that and burn cash and temper. Just book it in, let the indy explore it and wait for the phone call for the diagnosis and what it's going to cost to put it right.

Hi guys so I have had a reputable local garage look at the air con and they have said its the blower motor which requires replacing. However when they called maserati to order the parts they were advised that as the car a 2010 gts auto the new blower motor needs to be replaced along with a new ecu? Is this something other people have come across? Thanks guys
