    Quick Silver 3200 Rear Exhaust's

My 3200 had Quicksilver rear boxes, although they were incorrectly claimed to be Larinis when I bought it. They were ok, but a little noisier than standard, and boomy at around 40 mph. I like quiet cars, so personally I'd prefer the originals. The stainless ones will last longer though.

    3200 for sale

I'd suggest that you try it on www.carandclassic.co.uk and McGrath's website. Both are free and IMO better bets than eBay. And then be patient - it's a niche market.

    OBD on 2001 Maserati 3200?

Error code is accelerator pedal pot, not the throttle body.

3200 prices in Classic and Sportscar

I think my car is the one referred to above - actually it was on sale for about 7 months, and went for the sale price, albeit after dropping the original asking price by £1k. I think a good 3200 is still an appreciating asset. Not sure I agree that the manual is worth more - I've met many...

    Wireless OBD diagnostic?

Dash Command app works fine on iPhone with a wifi OBD II dongle. similar to the one suggested above. For Android phones you need a bluetooth OBDII dongle and the Android version of the Dash Command app. Not sure if there is a Windows phone version. App wasn't free but only a few quid - total...

    Flaking Chrome Air Vents

Maplin sell isopropyl alcohol - it's commonly available as electrical switch cleaner. Can anyone confirm that it doesn't affect the white paint on the buttons?

    2002 Maserati 3200GTA for sale

New Year, new price! My 3200 GTA is now priced at £14,950 with a year's MoT and new cambelt.

    New brakes - issues?

+1 for this explanation. Exactly the same happens with the Brembo brakes on the Fiat Coupe. Though I'd say the proper solution is to remove the stainless steel guides, clean up the corrosion on the calipers and refit. If this is done properly there's no need to file the pads.

    Auto Italia Integrale range

Go on, tell us. I thought it might be the Aston Lagonda, but looking at pics their lights seem perfectly aligned, not a bit wonky like those on the Alfa :(

    3200 Aircon

Could be all sorts of causes. If the system is empty of gas the compressor won't kick in. Aircon place should be able to diagnose.

    Cold Start Up

With all the original throttle bodies having problems eventually, there are hundreds of refurbs out there, from several sources, and some of them will inevitably suffer further trouble. I've heard good and bad about pretty much all of the various specialists. They all have the needle with each...

    Hive Heating!!

I've had Nest in two houses for the last couple of years. No problems, and they're really easy to understand. Worth checking Screwfix et al for offers.

    Hive Heating!!

Each to their own. Any programmer/stat is going to be a big improvement on the current situation for the OP, and will save heating costs. It's true, we've moved on since the 70's - today my car even has aircon & central locking, though heaven knows why you'd need them :)

    Hive Heating!!

You should certainly have a room thermostat on your system, otherwise the boiler runs at full tilt and wastes energy heating the water to a higher temp than necessary. Having to wake up in the cold is primitive! Sounds to me like your plumber doesn't want the job. Other plumbers are available...
