    first thing i ever fixed on mine was the same bulbs, never figured out how they came out and ended up cracking one. probably in a rush as it was my first night of ownership. ended up instead fitting one of those flexible LED strips in there, never looked back.

    Morning all, finished the night shift but wide awake, decided to re condition the cam covers for the 3200. Cant really be bothered with shot blasting or nitro moors, so fed them to the laser, works a treat. time for a bacon butty me thinks :)

    One of those length of string questions, depends on a whole load of things. For a nice setup of a puddle hopper like a 737 between 20-60K. For something a bit special like a trans-atlantic jet or concorde using an actual aircraft then its around 90-140K. Working on the Falcon900ex tonight...

    Bizarre as it sounds its actually what i do for a living. Buy old jets and convert them into simulators. 500 quid was the winning bid, not bad as these things go for silly money. However the company i got it off folded, so still dont know if i will get it or not. we will see. glad i didn't...

    Ouch indeed, I bought the car for a restoration project.. and my god that's what i got. However got a nice shiny rebuilt engine ready to go back in... but not until ive removed the right side intercooler first!! Just wish i had more time to enjoy her, 3000 miles in over 6 years of ownership...

    Looking for a cheap £1k runabout...

    We got a 2002 focus 1.6 zeetec, had it from new, now done 78K and the only thing that went wrong was the coil pack, never missed a beat but the clutch is starting to show its age, personaly i have a 1.6 M reg astra, paid 400 quid for it and it gets me round europe no probs, brilliant little car...
