Talking about the GS:

There are a few at 23k andy.....50k ish miles but that dont bother me....

A blue with black interior also a black with cream interior on autotrader for 23k

That was my car I sold to Si Bradbury, great value but difficult to sell when there's nearly 60k on the clock.

The price range for a GS seems to be:
Between 20,000 and 30,000 miles = £30k
40,000+ miles = £23k

Taking into account what Dicky Grace, a car seller, states above that at 60,000 miles they becoem hard to sell I would avoid a car with what is considered to be too many miles.

I've settled for looking for a 4200, CC box, 2004/2005 preferably 2005, with the deep mesh grill/Gransport bumpers, a light interior tan/cream, exterior colour yet to be decided but red looks nice... and I'd want to spend £18k on it.

Thats the telephone one, the first cars has a large bee-sting on the rear left wing, however there was a 2005 GS with this antenna a few months ago.

I had an MY'04 4200 ('03 upgrades) similar to the Nuvola car you linked to Rossyl, however were I to do it again now with your budget I'd definitely be looking for an MY'05 car with the final upgrades. Putting the visual changes aside, the mechanical improvements marked.

A long time ago (2002) I had a 3200GT and took it into Meridien or Maranello (can't remember which, used both) for some warranty work. Anyway, I ended up in a red with avorio 4200GT for a week and hated it. Nothing wrong with the engine/gearbox but the handling was soft and vague. Anyway, in time I sold the 3200GT and was out of Maseratis' for six years (had about a dozen cars in the middle) then I bought a red with black facelift 2005 4200GT. It was a great car and, whilst the back to back comparison with an early 4200 had a huge gap in the middle, I loved it and felt that it was a much superior product to an early 4200.

Oh Dem you missed out on the classic age of ROCK. Vandegraff Generator, Led Zep, The Goodies, Deep Purple, Gabriel era Genesis, The Wurzels...... modern music is bereft of such titans......
