4200 Spyder - has this been posted before?

yes . but i agree that the are over priced.
however........if you consider that you can get a sub 45k gt and how that has hammered down the price of a late gs. and compare that to the price of a grand cab. the grand cabrio has held its price well.
so there is no pressure on the spyder market.
I know they are not everybodies thing.........but to some they are the only thing, and its going to be a while before a grand cab is affordble to most off us. so its a gs spyder or 4200 spyder.
but both great cars & great fun

I think I'll be keeping mine for quite a while as there is nothing I would rather have. No matter what car Ryan has a go in he always wants to get back in the spyder because, he reckons, he has never heard anything that sounds better. Today, he turned down a ride in a Diablo SV because we were doing the airport tunnels; a true Maseratisti!

Personally, I wouldn't have a Grancab. They are great cars and lovely to drive but I don't need a drop top with 4 seats and if I did, I would expect a much bigger boot. Is a GS spyder worth 10-15k more than a 4200 spyder? I don't think so but you pay your money and make your choice. However, both are great fun cars.
