Over £7k now. I'd rather have had the nice black one with damaged engine for £5600.

About 3 bids right at the end....Wonder if it was a friend bid or real..I would have thought he wanted 8k plus....not a bargain in the end

Frank it is horrid, white with black wheels and tan/cream leather, sounds like a yummy combo...............NOT :D:D

....I know Adam....but its the whole wrapping thing........casts a great deal of doubt over it....is this what happens less than perfect 3200s...or in not too distant future.......4200s...then GSs etc.......anyone seen wrapped Ferraris.......are they treated this way?

Not sure what it'd look like close up but ( I know I'll get abuse for this) I prefer it wrapped to the green. Sorry for my lack of taste.

I bet we haven't seen or heard the last of this car. I wont be suprised if we are having the same conversation in a few weeks, which may prove the buddy bidding theory.

May have already been mentioned but the whole wrapping thing is a pain when it gets damaged. Case of point, a punter order a new Special Focus (RS I think) in matt black wrap. It was already scratched when taken off the truck at the dealers. Nothing can be done about it and how long would it last on the roads...

I've had the clear film on one of my cars and my friend has it done to his when new. Even with all of the assurance of the fitter that it can't be damaged, it definately can be. All depends on what hits your car and at what speed.

So even if it looks good in white, how long before you see the dark colour peeking out. Seems a strange thing to do, myself I wouold have gone for paint if I was that desperate to have a colour change. But as you all say the whole combo is pants.
