I'm going to guess that a Macca staff discount would be worth a lot less than you'd get by arguing on a forecourt.

Maserati don’t currently have a car capable of running at Le Mans, or in WEC or IMSA

Not yet... but the fact that a racing one exists gives hope, after all WEC LMGT3 rules won't be a million miles away from Euopean GT2...

Ms Fifty and I have tickets so would be good to see some familiar faces for a catch up

Our route south is still in planning (@conaero will be throwing darts at a map of northern France to see where we pull up in a cloud of dust and shattered tranquillity) but will arrive somewhere in the vicinity of Le Mans on the Thursday. We'll most likely be using Arnage for beer and baguettes and general mucking about near the track.

Antibes, Valbonne, Mougins then through Nice to Beausoleil, Cap Ferrat and Monaco, day trip into Italy to San Remo, then back up to Englandshire via the Alps and skirting Geneva and through Reims on the way back.
