We are making progress, spent ages trying to contact correct dep at Tesco, eventually at about 8.30pm yesterday found a link to WhatsApp no, and after a short period chatting with a 'chat bot' who thought I wanted to chat about on line shopping, I was transferred to a human who expressed apologies and set the wheels in motion, today I was contacted by 'Sopp Sopp' who are apparently an accident management co, spoke to a very helpful girl who is contacting local repairers to get job booked in, I told her I needed a van of similar capacity to mine as a courtesy vehicle to which she instantly agreed, remains to be seen if they actually repair it or write it off due to age/ mileage, didn't want to go through my insurance as only had vehicle back 4 weeks after being repaired for an 'at fault' accident,
hate to think what my premiums are going to be for the next few years
