Just an update.

My car will be transported from Giallo on Tuesday by John's (Jkulin) guy to Phil's (contigo) exhaust guy Josh.
Who will then make me a set of cats using a flange made by Martyn (Spaticus) from the drawings of John(Maverick).

Power of this forum is awesome!

Been following this thread avidly Mr Capes. You have certainly had some poor luck since your initial purchase, but I am sure you are nearing the end. Keep at it mate and yes this forum is somethin' else (Eddie Cochrane / Keef Richards etc)

I don't think I've been unlucky. The exhaust is just one of those things.

Just read the whole story - what a story! I am picking up my first maserati on friday - 4200 with sports exhaust. Not sure what brand however, but I am sure that it sounds like the above, hearing that video makes me so excited. Cannot wait for my maserati ownership to start! coming from BMW side, this is going to be something else..! Great thread and great forum

At idle it is louder than yours, under load not much in it. This sounds a little raspier though.

Can't wait to have her back. It's amazing how quickly you can get attached to these cars.
