Hi,
when I collect my 3200 in early August, hopefully, it will be kept outside as my garage won't take anything bigger than my 205.

Are there any special hints or tips about keeping a Maserati 3200 outside?

I ask this with particular attention to the bonnet vents and a concern about water ingress.

doubt she will like it when winter comes.........brrrrrr.:bigcry3:
I would invest in an outdoor cover if storing is not possible, but that is me, others may disagree.

Is she going to be a daily runner or second car stored outside?
If the latter, consider a folding garage or outdoor permabag or similar.
The truth is, these cars weather quite badly left outdoors. Water leaks (boot especially), UV ageing the plastics etc.
When I was looking to buy, you could tell instantly those that lived outdoors, and those who lived indoors.

Thanks guys, it will be a semi-permanent daily, ie sharing commuting duties with the 205.
I intend to use it all year round, except maybe when icy/snowy, so it will get wet!

What more can I say.

Mines a Spyder and has been outdoors since I bought her. Never any issues caused by that at all...just get her checked for rust and sealed then pamper with plenty of cleaning and waxing. Good idea to feed the rubber-work once a year too. Other than that, use her and she won't abuse you (too much)

Pretty much the same as me really. I'm not to concerned just yet but I've only had it 3 weeks.

It will be very well cared for, but I will use it.

I think I will get a cover and use it before nights like last night...

If using a cover, make sure the paintwork isn't scratched putting it on / taking it off. Road grit between the cover and the paint can scratch especially if it moves in the wind.
