Hi Guys,
Thanks for the appreciation, it makes the effort worth while when you have so obviously enjoyed the event.
Great to meet some new faces too and see some unfamiliar cars.
Lovely looking car Kazzer and those subtle reddish lowlights in the blue finish - Mwow!
I've chosen not to show most of my Piccies 'cos they've alread been covered in your postings so I've iust picked out a few at random starting at the dawn and finishing at about 4.30. (dusk) *
*Huh, our site appears to have a max. limit on file sizes so I'll have to do an upload onto 'bucket or resample the others into low res..
I'll do another post later, along with the videos included, 'cos it's gonna take a tediously long time to do, and my days are numbered!
Just thought I'd add that the white Jag Mk1, BUY 1 is, I believe the famous Coombes of Guildford car which raced in period and has been piloted by many accomplished drivers since as can be seeen on the front wing. I had a good chat to Mark Williams as I had seen him race at Goodwood and he confirmed that the track was very slippery, but a dry line was beginning to appear. This encouraged me to go ontrack in the afternoon.
