Custom made spacers

It *feels* more stable, and yet more responsive I think. No idea if that makes any sense, or I'm just looking for difference that isn't really there.

Placebo effect. I've had mine on for over a year and can say with confidence there is no discernible difference to the handling or ride.

If you try to explain in a physical way, by putting spacers, you lower the gravity centre of the car. This will lead to better handling. But you will definately notice that when cornering at high speeds or on a mountain drive.

15+15mm is a huge difference for each axle. I had 10+10 mm installed on the saab and the cornering had dramatically improved.

I've seen/felt no difference after a day at Bruntingthorpe, 2 trips to Le Mans and assorted driving over the past year. The biggest 'improvement' to handling I can recommend is to have a full geometry check and adjustment. I had mine done recently on a Hunter machine - nothing was too far out before, but now everything feels much tighter and more planted.

Yeah, had mine done last year after getting one of the tie rods done. It was massively out, and made a world of difference.

Still, spacers and bolts look nice :)

I am surprised by what you're saying (Mark & Chris).

What is the procedure of geometry check? Any links?
