Loz

Imay be wrong but a mate of mine is in the traffic department of the Sanfranciso PD

He has told me that in some cases siezed (drug dealer etc) cars are disposed of in this way.

Possibly if the rules have changed , i used to visit the dea auctions in Miami Florida in the 90's, bought a beautiful concours fiat spyder there and a Hatteras 33

At least that 20k could be used to do something useful not just become part of a scrap pile.

Thats exactly what they used to do in Miami Benny, auction off all the assets of those convicted of Narcotics trafficing , i used to go over every 6 months , the Hatteras 33 i bought even had 4 bullet holes in it, thank god for fibreglass, it was in a right state visually totally stripped bare with all the internals strewn everywhere inside , engines had the rocker covers removed and the sumps aswell , took 3 months and a couple of thousand pounds to put it straight once it had been shipped to UK , had the boat for 5 years one of the best deals i ever had, as my uncle used to say there's money in muck , most people would just run a mile from something that looked like that boat did

and yeah its affecting me too , having to mask what i earn in all sorts of material costs , its getting that bad its making a dishonest man out of me hahahahha
