Pressure is on him....hes let us go and now the company have forked out to let me go quietly.....

The new job is in a more affluent area, its cockfosters/hadley wood so ave price is 700k opposed to 300k where i was....its 2 miles from the old work so we still touch enfield and ill be in charge of developing our sales in that part of the country where they are little weak....my goal is to do so well that they suffer, obv i cant bring them down but taking a few sales away along with new properties will make them want to take drastic action in their office

Thanx guys....for 15 months service i got the most i could have....

Will be monitoring land registry records over the next few months to make sure they honour their commision pay deal

Reminds me a guy I knew.......and his lately jilted girlfirend....dropped just before Valentines day......................................she sent him a valentines card.....cut up into tiny pieces....hhhmmmmm

Personally, I'd wait until everything has been finalised, the money is in the bank and you're in new employment before you think about embarking on anything like that.

if i may call you that , been following this thread/ forum for quite a some while .....its like i know you all really ,time to give credit where credits due you have done extremely well onwards and upwards , wish this sort of spirit had prevailed on my old forum

Dem - followed this thread and never commented, well done though, if ever I need a house in Cockfosters - I will call you - make it nearer the 300k mark mind!

I took an employer to an industrial tribunal once, all done over internet and email, never met the bloke, we spoke once, next thing email from him, out of court settlement £1500 on the proviso that I never told a soul, which of course I haven't.
