I saw the solicitor yesterday....

She tells me im entitled and can easily get 3 months pay out of them and all my comms paid in full.
Will even get them to pay her fees!!

Told me not to worry reg the stipulation in my contract that i cant work in enfield....all this will be settled out of court....she fired a letter off yesterday and wait to hear.....

Went on an int today and also await an answer.....as for getting a job asap, she recommended me to get back in employment as 3 months pay is virtually a given.....

Not at all surprised. Best of luck, should it be required.

Remember her first letter is the most important one, that's the one which sets out your stall.

Thanks for that Roert but i have an update from my solicitor......



They have agreed to out of court settlement for 3 months pay (which isnt a lot) and all my commisions when they complete....i asked them to include this in writing by also naming the properties in qustion and also the buyers names and this has been confirmed!!

I got the call an hour ago.....i was happy but.........10 mins ago i just received a call from the director of the agents i had an int with last week....i have a job to go to starting 1st Feb (its weird being a fri)!!

Have to negotitate my pay a little still but i dont see a prob as i was honest with them with regards to hat i want when i was being interviewed.....


Really not making this up!! Two calls in an hour have made my day!!

Im happy that ill be earning 2 salaries for 3 months, well 2 months really as ive sat home in Jan......im also going to negotiate a higher salary at the new firm for the first 3 months as i have no pipeline there.....so should be a good 3 months and then over to what sales i do at the new place in order to survive!!

Didn't think you'd be out buying Mrs Dem a new fir coat, but it's nice to have a bit of a cushion for the tough first months. They will be a lot easier now though!
