Hi

I see this being advertised as a movie release on Boxing Day and directed by Michael Mann so I’m really looking forward to watching this….prob at home though and not over inflated cinema prices

Anyone else going to watch it?

If you can find it on a screen, the BFI IMAX is only playing Wonka...what a waste of a screen for a remake of a remake. I saw Ford v Ferrari there and it was bloody brilliant. I could almost smell the petrol and oil...
Apparently “Wonka” is not a remake of the original, it tells the story of Willy before the chocolate factory……….. still a waste of a big screen though !

Look forward to seeing it but will wait for it to hit Netflix early 2024. Can’t think of anything worse than sitting in those uncomfortable cinema seats with people chomping on pop corn and scrunching empty sweet packages. Comfort of my own home for me.

And pay £10 a pint no doubt. I can’t believe how they get away with charging so much for snacks. We went on Christmas Eve for Dans birthday to see the new Hunger Games and they wanted £4.99 for a pack of Minstrels which are £1.25 in the supermarket. What a bunch of *****.

Anyway we have lots of beer around mine and it was free so win win :) Pop around anytime to sample.

Still all this. Plus I have a big screen. Not sure I'd let @Felonious Crud in, though, unless he wants to pay me £10 for a pint ;)
