Watched the movie with my son today on his 15th birthday! We both thought it was quite good. TBH my expectations were low. The Mille Miglia accident is shocking and graphic, as said above. Directed by Michael Mann so the film is stylistically sharp - will make you want a glass of chianti, Canali suit, holiday in the Apennines and a blast in a Maserati!

Watched it last night on the big screen. Learned a good deal about his personal life that I knew nothing about. Driving sequences were limited, but what there was were realistic and graphic. Ben Collins playing Sterling Moss was strange!

Just reminded me how far safety has come from the 50’s. Racing F1 in a polo shirt and leather helmet!

I watched it. Great film and Cruz deserves to be Oscar nominated

Graphic scenes at the end but I fully expected with Mann directing

Should have gone to cinema as I imagine it’s better on the big screen but great nonetheless

I thought is was a pretty good movie, would like to have seen a little more race action, but overall we enjoyed it.
As Dem has said, the crash scene was a graphic though!

Misread that as 'Crud deserves to be Oscar nominated...'. Very kind of you, I thought.

Anyway, this is on the watchlist. Looking forward to it.
