had a mate that was a protection detail driver, and he loved driving the old V12 jags to destruction.

Yep another pretty dismal review saying it won't win over the BMW and Other competitors.

its got a lot of catching up to do, but really with such lack of rear leg space its up against the BMW 3 series. its styling is pretty good. dare to be different.

Mixed review.....said he wouldnt buy one

...couldn't care less what Needell says.........it is a flawed car, in many departments.......perhaps not special enough, nor if sold in big numbers looses its cache...time will tell

It aint got a good chassis, the diesel isn't up to class standards, its residuals are very poor, whose going to stump up the dosh to loose it hand over fist.........but it looks the part and is nicely appointed....is that enough?

Shame,....coming from an Alfisti from the last 40 years the modern Fiat/Alfa's for the last 19 years except for one or two have been total rubbish!

700 million euro loss in 2012!!!!!!

Mostly down to reduced sales of the GT, the virtual halt in production of the QPV and development costs of the new QP and Ghibli.

On that last point.....the car is not fit to wear the name. It is a suit shifter mixing it with other suit shifters. I thought Tiff was being very polite seeing as he is retained by Maserati for promo work.

In my opinion, which in the bigger picture counts for .... all, the Ghibli should have been an Alfa.
