Yeah your right Andy thats Quarry Corner i can speak from experience having smashed a Mk1 Golf Gti on that very corner.

The only car I was able to break after the brow was my Mark 1 Exige...That was great fun..Just stayed straight and level and around we went.

what about the MK 2 Exige, and between the Mark 1 and 2, which is the best?

Mark 1 anyday of the week on track..Never felt as confidence in the S2 as the S1....Strange as progress should say its better...But S2 was set up for road and track where as S1 was a pure track car.

Worth a bob or two as well for a decent mark 1, i always liked the 340R as well, only ever seen 1 and it was on the road.

Would love a 340R in my dream garage.....Sold my Exige for 19k and its sold twice since...First time 19k second time 22k..

what you sell the Toxic for? i saw a 340R at the pistonheads show, it was lime green, looked great, quite rare i bet as most were grey.

There are 2 green 340R...both resprayed as all 340R's were the same colour....Also say that car. At one stage the ownerof the green 340R asked if I would swap my M3 CSL for his car and his Seat Leon Cupra...

I thought about it for a min but could get ride of the M3 CSL

i wouldn't have swapped, because you can't really use the 340R that often and a Seat Leon Cupra is not that exciting.

Well, I'm around 15 miles from Combe and currently it is hammering down with rain....Doesn't look like a great day weather wise so watch out for Quarry corner but have fun.

Just watched the weather here and it looks like rain all day Matt......may get a few breaks but it will not clear up. I would see how bad the track is as rain is OK as it just slows you down and you drive to the conditions....but if its a swimming pool then a no no....

It has cleard up here I am just below the circit and the rain stopped about 2 hours ago...stars are out and the sun is just starting to make an apearance...should dry up nice.
