Wow they specced out the interior with a lot of colours! :lol2: we're the Centennial Sports then and not Strads #confused by dash badge.

It is a lot words for what is black with red piping (which looks a bit **** imho)

I like the contrast interiors, makes a nice change. Hope they didn't pay per word in the ad like the old days in the local papers!

The two tone interior is standard on these - you can't see it when you are sitting inside!

It is a Centennial Strad - ceramics, badges on the kick plate and in the wheel hubs are all present and correct but someone has replaced the MC Stradale badge with a Sports one.

It is expensive - I paid less for mine with under 3000 miles on it 6 months ago.

Thought it was a bit weird having a Sport badge

Does anyone else think ceramics are pointless for a road car?

You can buy a lot of things for £86k

I really like mine. They are a lot better than the 6 pots on a GTS. Although a smidge (lot) more expensive to maintain.

I've never driven a car with them, so I'm basing my thoughts on internet information. If they are worth it then super, but I've had some pretty effective steel discs and pads in some track cars. Fade isnt normally an issue for me, you need someone who can use the brake pedal more for that...eg someone who can actually drive quickly

Yep, I have had very effective steel discs and race pads too.

If the question is, could they have got the same result with steel discs, then the answer is probably (not withstanding unsprung weight benefits).

If the question is, are carbons pointless, then for me they aren’t, because as part of the dynamic package of the Stradale, they work very well.

Well at least you can look cool for longer periods between changes.

L pointless for the cost on a road car, but not pointless in the kudos front
