Going back a few years I took some rather drastic action to free up some space in our two adjoining singles....Much easier to get on and out of the Maser now, plus it made for a nicer workspace for tinkering.

Just. A QPV fits in my garage with about 0.5” to spare length ways. A GT can have 4” front and back, they’re 7.5” shorter.

Never taken a picture specially of the garage but lucky to have “space”..

Max I got in there was 11 cars in one go. 7 is comfortable with no farting around.

80% is a mezzanine so lots of car bits can be stored

Yup, spent a fortune on a Stradale, then bought a very nice tailor-made cover but felt that wasn’t enough so built a better car cover.......
10m wide with a larger locked garage than the open bays BUT still wish I’d squeezed more space.

Well, it all depends where about you’re buying in France... I am looking at buying a secondary residence near the seaside there, and let’s just say that I will be lucky if I manage to close on something below 7 figures. And that won’t even include a 1 car garage
