We are unable to replicate this issue our end, can someone run below two commands when you get this issue and post results please.

Not seeing the problem at the moment, but I have seen a load of DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN or ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED using Chrome on both Mac and PC. Haven't had a single instance of those DNS errors for any other site using the same machine and connection. I've been seeing similar errors using an Android phone, both over the same WiFi and when out connected on 3G/4G.

I am getting Err-connection-timed-out on NTL,
Just checked my speed as well 36 Mbps download and 2.8 upload, will be chefing what I am paying for!!!
On my phone 4g now

You should see the pile of junk PlusNet sent me as being 'required' for the upgrade in line speed I had. It wasn't required, and after a quick inspection of how little I could usefully configure on it, and discovering I couldn't close the 'remote support' (backdoor in my view) port, it went back in the box.

Very wise. Biggest issue with the Virgin ones is the lack of RAM. They drop the NAT tables regularly if you're running multiple connections

Well, Krishna must be getting to the route of the issue as the page load on this forum is really quick today, its been crawling for a couple of weeks now.

yeah found a problem with Tier 1 ISP in germany mate. their routers unable to publish routes back to us. we have notified them and put a temp workaround. hopefully they will fix it today

Accessing home page, not sure it's my OS as I can't get in on any device through my router. I will know tomorrow as at van I will access through my 3 dongle!
After that will see if resetting virgin router works, although it's fine on every other web site I have tried!!!!

No, but knowing your OS would give me a better idea what tools exist to help you test the issue

Haha, excuse my ignorance, I will have s look tommorrow and let you know. I fell off the electronics curve just after the EMMA computer, me and programming etc don't work, funnily though TTL still makes absolute sense!!!
