I doubt it? - it's only aimed at those that don't realise how fast they're going - hooliganism can be quite safe in the right place - anyway snipers wouldn't be able to shoot fast enough to get you.

Yes it works for me, not all models have radar detectors, that's why I keep this one, it covers both front and rear and give an actual speed reading which is very accurate..!!
