Well, having had GTS and GS, I though it was only right that I should give a 3200 a go. Richard Grace supplied the car, a 2001 Nero manual with 50k. 48 hours in and I am really enjoying it. It's a long time since I had a proper manual and I'm really enjoying it again. And I love the sound of it and the classic look and feel of it. It's blisteringly quick off the line and in gear. It's nice being able to take off with real sharpness, ie not feeling like you have to wait for the F1 box to catch up with you.

As a complete contrast to my Ghibli, it's great. So far I'm really smitten.........

Are we running a book for the first CEL

Just kidding. They're fantastic cars. I don't know how they compare to the more recent stuff, but I love mine.

Wow RWC in a 3200 whatever next? Please post up your thoughts as I'd hate for you to like it more than any of your other cars :)

I think it is safe to say that when a 3200GT is on song there is NOTHING better!

Don't think I would try to contrast the beauty of two very different cars.

But I would say, imo, it's the prettiest of the coupes of its era, and maybe since. And (ducks to avoid bullets) is the prettiest of the 3200/4200/GS line. The rear looks designed rather than forgotten, the bonnet shape with the vents is more interesting, and the body generally purer in form because of the absence of joins where the later cars have them. Can't stop looking at it. It doen't have a bad or awkward angle imo.:love4:

agree, measuring a 32 against a ghibli is like comparing apples and oranges, pointless. but I think you have summed up the aesthetic pros of these cars very nicely and reflect what most, if not all, 32 owners think. yes, you will hit a CEL or problem at some point but with looks like this and the twins to put a grin on your face every time they roar, you will forgive her any little indiscretions she tests your devotion with. :excellent:
p.s. you don't need to duck to avoid bullets, 32 owners develop thick skins to protect their sense of being right from the unknowing:saifi3:
