I'm glad you're enjoying it and what a car it is.

Yes, the fans are loud and also are on a lot of the time - the engine does run hot - so don't worry

Gave the GT a clean on Friday and got it looking as good as when I picked it up. After a few weeks in the car I am really loving it and cannot believe how much attention and love it gets from people, even a cyclist warned his friend to watch out as they rode past me in traffic as "it's an expensive car".

The GT doesn't like cold mornings though and takes a while for it to warm up and not be sluggish. I've had this with other big engined V8s but this seems quite pronounced on the GT. This morning seemed pretty bad and I'm guessing it's going to get worse in the winter.I have also broken a couple of the flimsy seat release handles but managed to buy some from HROwen's ebay shop. I'm surprised how delicate they are and now have a way of putting the seats forward that should hopefully stop these breaking. Are there are after-market metal replacements or do I just have to be careful with them?

Other than that I love the car with a passion and just wanted to say thank you for all the help before I bought my GT and any questions I may have in the future.

(For some reason I uploaded the wrong image...the one at the bottom is when I picked the car up. I cannot seem to delete it either)

it looks fantastic & like me you have the black window surrounds which I do prefer - I'm glad you're enjoying it as much as you are

good colour choice hey Adam :) I like the black window surrounds, are they after market or factory fit ? Now you need to order X-pipes... oh yes.

That will make the smile make you look a little crazy most of the time.

I prefer that you have kept the exhaust tips and wing vents in chrome as for me, the shadow line option takes the blacked out look a little too far - the window surrounds I think is just right

I'm sure the black surrounds are a factory fit. I could be wrong though but I feel it really helps the look of the car. As for the X-pipe I am sorely tempted. Would love to hear a GT with it installed in real life.
