What did you do the lights with?
They still look orange. .its the one thing that bugs me on mine - wish there was a way to make them clear.

I cut out the shape of the indicator and applied the film just on the outside of the headlight

I ordered light, medium and dark film, tried them all, light wasn't tinted enough, the dark was just too dark and some angles looked like I'd fitted some weird black headlight trim, so medium tint was best, and yes while they are still orange, they are toned down a lot

There is a company on facebook who strips and customises headlights, I'm sure he could do them but maybe something in the future, for now the £3 medium smoke tint film has made it look a whole lot better

Agree cost effective - I think FC on the forum did the same. I am close to following him on the Matt Stripes.
Could you send me the link re: stripping headlights - I would really appreciate it.

That thing is just plain good looking! I'm thinking you've gotta black out those rear tail lights though. I've seen some over here done that way and it completely changes the way the car looks---and definitely for the better in my opinion.

Beautiful...

Exactly. Indicators and also the front fogs. Dub customs in south Essex did it when they did the stripe. The found the orange and glaring fog lenses a bit much.

So did they put on a tint to reduce the orangeness? I remember seeing yours and they looked white.

Thanks :D

Well it's a 59 plate, late 2009
Just over 70k miles
It's fully hpi clear
Has a full dealer / specialist service history (no missing stamps, last service oct 15)
2 keys
Wheels need refurb, rear bumper needs painting but front bumper has just been painted so no stone chips
Interior is mint condition
Clutch was recorded in May 2016 @ 80.7%

I paid £31,800 which I am really happy with, it's minimal difference to what I was finding similar condition 4.2 's for

Been out in it all day again today, and I am loving it! Sounds amazing

Great car, ballsy purchase. Congratulations.
The whole clutch % thing is a lottery. Bought my QP knowing clutch was needed "SOON". Two years later and over 20k miles it still works.
