Thanks Mark! After I posted the comment last night I have to admit I went on the Whisky Exchange, and bought myself a bottle of the Yoichi that you flagged, and a bottle of Nikka 12 yr old (https://www.thewhiskyexchange.com/p/28580/the-nikka-12-year-old).

Will be interesting to taste the Yoichi one as that is a blend of different ages of malt whisky, which is why it doesn't have an age statement. However, Japanese single malt whiskies that are all the same age, and particularly ones that 10+ years old, are really shooting up in value due to lack of supply (hence £180 a bottle for 10yr old Yoichi, £300+ for 15 yr old, etc...).
