OK I will Explain in easy to understand short words... RR = Range Rover + = Rolls Royce...is that a bit better Andy..?? I could change it in to digital format if that would be easier, my brain is not functioning at it's best at the moment, so you could finish up with a garbled mess that not even I could understand..!!

Andy, you probably feel a bit like I do, it's not easy being a superhuman, especially at the end of the day mate..!!
Frank, I bet it's at least 3 times if not quadruple the cost..!! Remember it will probably have toilets & showers on board, a 50" TV screen and 4 sofa's, so it's not gonna be cheap mate..!!

I think that it's a risk that the Rolls Royce brand would be cheapened. But, I'm sure they know more about what they're doing than I am.

It makes sense to me, BMW make the X5 and also make the RR so an RR X5 is only like a Cherokee made by a upmarket Italian company...

Of course it is ludicrous but having money doesn't make you sensible or have taste...and both Maserati and Rolls Royce know this. There's clearly a market to be exploited.

There have been lots of attempts to unseat Land Rover from the top of the 4x4 tree but even when the cars they made were shockingly unreliable they still sold.
LR have always seem to remember that off road ability is part of the attraction, even though most never see more than a muddy verge. Most of the other luxury brands are 4x4 for the roads only with little on know off road ability.
The new Range Rover is a stonklingly good piece of kit both off and on road and despite it's up to £100k price tag it will still stay No 1
