Didn't spot that little trident on the front. Subtle, I like that. 3D would be better though, certainly if it's to match the front. (I just tried the same 'constructor' and it's placing the little trident off to the left at the bottom, not centrally, curiously?)

I appear to have some sort of disorder. I've just bought new plates for my car.

Do I need them? No.
Will it make any difference what so ever? No.
But do I want them? Yes.

It an early Christmas present to myself :)

The same "disorder" that made us buy a Maserati.

Do we NEED one? No

Happy (early) Xmas Woody!

Yeah, I've asked for 3D on one rear plate, to match the front. A bit chavvy too, but I''ve asked for no spaces which also matched the front.

I'm not too happy with no spaces thing, so I bought a pair saced correctly with the other Trident too - this will hopfully be a bit smarter as the one wiht the surrounding is slightly blurred on my plates. Went for 3/4 on the front.

I bought some boggo plates too which I run on most of the time, off eBay - £8 a pair! Makes Halfords look criminal at £25 a pair.

Yep....Don't do it.....you get pulled for the smaller font.....The small plate I seem to get way with at the front but the font was the right size...

My plate is fine as it is full height and the characters are in full size. With only four characters you can make the plate a lot narrower though.

Is a square plate on the front illegal?? i only know of Japanese imports which can have a square plate such as Mitsubishi Evo's.

Wouldn't have thought so as I'm sure there are some others that have square that gets sold over here..The Mitsu EVO had a square plate I believe as test drive one at the dealer years ago asn though my plate wouldn't work on the front...
