Hello All!

I'm back.

Had a great week of skiing in Val d'isere. For those of you that know it, I skied down La Face. It was slow with traverses, but hey i got down it. This was only my second week skiing.

Ross, I went there in 94, during the day, I fell down the slopes from top to bottom, during the night, I also fell down the slopes from top to bottom....rat@rsed

Top man! That's pretty intimidating for most second-week skiers :) Chapeau!

Grands Montets next? ;-)

Man-flu can be touch and go, Dem. Does Mrs. Dem know that she must wait on you hand and foot and indulge your every whim (especially after you're fully recovered)?

I had this cold for 4 days....im convinced that ive lost some sight, i see white lights as yellow

Dem see your GP as a minimum please. I had issues a few years back and ignored it like a typical man...a week later I went blind. Thankfully I regained sight in one eye but please get it checked out better safe than sorry

Some GP's don't know their **** from their elbow, get everything checked by someone who specialises in that issue, better safe than sorry..!!

Morning everyone.

Spring can hurry up now. This soggy little island of ours really needs some meteorological kindness.

(Anyone taking bets on the chances of a hosepipe ban this summer..?)

Morning all from a very wet and windy South Wales.

Likewise I'm well and truly fed up with this weather. The Maser hasn't moved in over 2 weeks now. I have to remind myself I've even got one at times.

Morning, all. No rain yet and just a gentle breeze here in London, but I'm assured it'll get worse. Glad we had a clear, sunny few hours yesterday.

Admin and more admin today, and rest and liquids to get over this sore throat/cold thing I've been ignoring for three days now.

Good Morning All,
Quite cold and raining here all morning so far, no wind so no chill factor, but only 4 degC..!! We could be expecting snow at some point over the next few days, I hope not..!! Ground is totally soaked, we thankfully do not flood and I feel for the people who have suffered with this, but who could have guessed we were going to have the worst wet weather for 100+ years..!!
Anyway, try and have a good one whatever you are doing and take great care on the roads..!!
Cheers
