Enjoying a slow breakfast at Heathrow T5 before heading off to Nice and Marseilles (business unfortunately, but hey, there are very many worse locations!). It's only a shame I'll not be back in time to meet you folk at Ace tomorrow.

I had a most unfortunate incident yesterday evening... the electricity meter reading chappy came , so I was obliged to go to the garage, sit in the car, fire up the V8 just to move it a few feet for him to see the meter. Oh, what a shame that I had such a delightful musical interlude to my evening, and a delightful seat in which to listen!

Working at home today. Forecasting and planning, mostly. And trying to stop emails arriving faster than I can delete them. I suspect I feel about emails the way Hoyin feels about those monkeys.

Morning all, thick head this morning, too much wine and many pints are not a good mix...

Must go to Lambeth today as I need to earn a crust! St James' tonight for another meeting but as I'll be driving it will be a sober one.

Afternoon all - a stunning day out there today. Crisp, clear, dry and no wind - Winter's days can be a delight.

Usual work fodder today but my brakes will soon be fixed so I will be back to terrorising the Lincolnshire Fens in no time.

Morning all, crazy tired after all my stuff this week! I'm off to Faveesham this morning (avoiding the jam on M25/A2) then over to West London this afternoon to meet some friends (and new faces hopefully).
