Confirmed tonsillitis by my neighbour who's a GP, temperature of 39.6.

Phoned NHS111 on Friday their 'operative' diagnosed me as in cardiac arrest and wanted to send an ambulance, feck sake!

At least I'll be on antibiotics by the end of the day and be better in time to go back to work!

The Amoxycillin I was given for mine Matt mad a difference in a couple of hours...hope its as swift for you.

Off to a small planes and cars event at a little airfield in the Cotswolds today...just need to was all the dust off the GS from the last trip...but enjoying tea in bed at the moment.

Morning all, Hatfield to inspect 15 sites I really should have done earlier in the month! should be home for lunch. Air show at Duxford today so I'll be keeping one eye on the sky for exotics lining up to display.

Well it was going to happen eventually; the gearbox has failed on the Alfa 156 Sillyspeed and I'm awaiting recovery in Mosquito Way, Hatfield. Going to get taken back to Sunnyside so Felice can have the pleasure of swapping it out for a newer one he has put aside for me.

Annoyed as I only got half the sites visited so wil have to come back later! This puts the household down to one sick Aygo tomorrow as Jeanette's loaner goes back too!
