Morning,

Early start today as I woke early and couldn't get back to sleep. Already done a bunch of work and put some new things in place. Might do a bit of video editing before going to work. Though I might go to the gym. Decisions, decisions.

Have a great day all

Good morning!
I'm in Enschede by the German border today, then I'll drive to southern Belgium with the most efficient route going through Germany on the Autobahns. Maybe I'll give the ST a little stretch of its legs.
HapPea Tuesday!

Morning everyone, day one of my enforced 6 week break due to breaking my ankle on sun, the next 6 weeks are going to be a challenge, just how much daytime tv can I stomach?

Hope you heal ok. I'm surprised you've not given up on it already and started searching out boxed sets to watch instead.

Morning. Kitten going nuts and is the centre of the world in our house.

Day off tomorrow, house being re photographed and marketed, hopefully we will get some movement on it but the house we were trying to buy has sold and nothing else has caught our eye.

The larger family homes seem to be struggling to sell, under £500k seems very buoyant though, house prices are all too high if you ask me.

Same here Matt, the smaller cheaper houses in the village are selling quickly but all the more expensive houses are struggling to sell.

I am now in the process of trying to sort funding to buy the other house and then let my house here as the letting market is buoyant.

Luckily despite it taking so long the vendors have kept the house I am buying off the market.

Good luck with your sale.

Morning all.

After an absolutely awesome day yesterday, becoming a 50% share holder of the company that provides about 60% of my income, and landing the biggest work order in my company's existance today is all about moving things forward on all fronts.

Another busy one basically.

Have a good one all.

Already sorted, well daughters playstation 3 and X-box1, and netflicks so a few options, no maser driving for 6 weeks :0036: why couldn't it have been the left leg, I could have stuck it in auto and managed then!

Good Morning all, last day in the office before 5 days off. Which means two days under the Maserati confirming some interesting theories about parts required to cure an old car.

The other three days are going to be spent selling the MiTo to my brother and pacifying the Mrs over the expense!
