Morning all, survived baby sitting yesterday, forgot how exhausting it is! Today I am taking Alex for psychological assessment for the long term effects of his motorcycle accident earlier the year, later to a meeting in London.

Freezing cold and off to another day of citizens advice. Had my first delayed Universal Credit case yesterday. No job, and no money till Dec 20. Gave him pasta and sauce and two food bank vouchers. Sometimes what you read in the papers is true.

Morning chaps. Sorry not been on for a while, I've been sorting out my Mums affairs. It's her funeral today so tomorrow should be the start of another chapter. I feel for you Andy and I'm there with you; this is the second funeral I've been to in the last 6 days. Have a good one guys.

Amazing what a bit of snow does, everyone in the driving lane and an empty overtaking lane which allows those who want to pass, pass. Amazing!!!!
Anyway POETS day so 12.30 finish for me, procure new kitchen tap and head home to fit.
Apparently I'm off privileges til it's done, it's o my been dripping 4 month!!!

Morning all. Just got into the office due to Alex wanting me to pick up a new Dyson from Argos (£170 off apparently) that she reserved.
Get to Argos, and find out it's the 'other' Argos in Ashford. Get it home and get "are you not going to set it up for me?" doh!!!!

Now have to do my VAT return. Deep joy!

We have a vax pet vacuum and all I ever get is “it’s not working again”! As nobody is capable of emptying it and two cocker spaniels can shead enough to block it in a day at moult time! Stupid design as it holds the fur in the top of the canister so the next thing is to back up in the pipe that comes up from the head. I have an opened out coat hanger in the office for this specific job!
